Continuing my blogging edition in Casco Viejo Panama, My second look is this Stripped Jumpsuit from Haute & Rebellious New Transitional Collection. For those who don’t know me, I am originally from Panama and I grew up in this beautiful country until I was 18. I then moved to California to go to school and the rest is history. Panama has grown and developed so much since I left. I feel like a tourist in my own country.
I love coming back and walking and photographing in the streets of Casco Viejo. This is a part of Panama that is considered the old town that remains and preserves Colonial history. It is slowly been developed as a tourist attraction in Panama. You can really see the mix of population and a lot of tourists around. Panama is not heavily regulated which is what makes this country a gem for many. There is to be more freedom when I used to live there. For example, back in the day, you could drink on the street, bars and clubs will stay open till 6:00 am. Panama has become more strict but is still less regulated than the USA.
Panama has a very strategic position due to the fact that we connect to oceans the Atlantic and the Pacific. Making this country a great place to do business.
So back to my second look! I decided to wear this beautiful jumpsuit. I think the dark rich colors compliment Cascos dark tones and stone streets. This Fall and Winter you will see many rich colors like this jumpsuit and that’s the reason why I loved the color combination of this jumpsuit. It really sets the mood for what is coming next. And it really sets the stage for my imagination to start looking for more similar colors. This Fall-Winter season I am really craving jeweled tone colors. Including rust and mustard.
